Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, please notify us within 15 days after you receive the item, and we will try our best to resolve the problem. We will not accept any requests after 15 days.

Any defective items will be replaced or fixed to meet your satisfaction with no shipping charge compensated.

If the problem cannot be resolved, we will offer exchanges and store credit and refunds under limited circumstances. All items must be returned in the original packaging in new/unused condition. Postage and adequate insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. Please do not send anything back without notifying us.
